This research was conducted to investigate Content rating of Web-based Instructional Package (WEBIP). The study specifically assessed the procedures for developing the and the difference in the rating of WEBIP Contents by the groups of experts. Production-oriented type of descriptive research was adapted as the research design. The population consisted of Computer Science teachers, Programmers (Web developers), Educational Technology experts in Benin metropolis.
