This study aimed to investigate the usage of cognitive learning strategy components (in-depth study, pre-expository effort, wide-range of study, rehearsal and organization) by secondary school students as well as their contribution to academic achievement of students in Mathematics. To carry out the study, two (02) research questions were raised and hypothesized. A correlation research design was adopted and all senior secondary school (SS 2) students in Benin City made up the population and a sample size of 140 students was used.

The study investigated the dimensions of insecurity and students’ academic performance in upper basic education schools in Rivers State. Four research questions were answered in the study and four hypotheses tested. Correlation design was adopted in the study while the population of the study consisted of all the students in upper basic education schools in Rivers State out of which 300 students were sampled using stratified random sampling technique.
This study investigated the work attitudes and Reference service delivery in academic libraries in Anambra State. Two research questions were used for the study. A survey design was used in quantitative research. All the 31 librarians from the five academic libraries in Anambra State made up the study's target population. The questionnaire served as the data collection tool. Graphs, frequency tables, and percentages were used to descriptively analyse the acquired data.
Entrepreneurial education in Nigeria Universities is aimed at curbing unpreparedness for self-employment amongst students before graduation from higher education institutions in Nigeria, particularly the universities. The need for entrepreneurial education is considered as a necessity. However, it is most appropriate to ascertain from graduating university students’ perspectives the extent to which preparedness for self-employment has achieved.

The paper examined the security challenges and compliance to safe school initiative by public secondary schools in northeast Nigeria. Major discussions were drawn around security challenges in Nigerian schools, school security, security interventions in schools and security standards in schools. The sources of information were majorly secondary data in the areas of the subject of discuss. The observation revealed that security measures does not guarantee there will be no crime or violence in the school environments but could assist in checkmating them.
The study investigated the contribution of family structure to the entrepreneurial interest of students in tertiary institutions in Rivers State. Four hypotheses were tested in the study. The study adopted correlation survey design. Snowballing as well as random sampling technique was used to select 150 students in public tertiary institutions in the State as sample for the study from the population of all the students in these institutions.
The study investigated teachers’ traits and delivery of Entrepreneurship Education in Junior Secondary Schools in Rivers State. Two research questions and two hypotheses were formulated for the study. The design adopted for the study was the correlational design. The population of the study was the 12,606 teachers in the 203 public junior secondary schools in the 23 Local Government Areas of Rivers State, out of which 388 were sampled for the study.
Sports and physical exercise for those with physical disabilities were not only as means of treatment, remediation and rehabilitation but also to enable them maintain good quality and wellness of life in the society like their normal counterparts. This paper therefore reviews meaning of handicap and disability, causal factors as well as apprehending predisposing factors to their wellness through sports participation. It also includes possible suggestions that will further enhance their wellness like making sporting activities part of their living.
The study investigated the influence of teachers’ quality on the academic performance of junior secondary school students in Educational District IV area of Lagos State. The research design for the study was a descriptive survey design. The population of this study consists of Junior Secondary School II Students in Educational District IV Area of Lagos- state. Stratified random sampling technique was used in the selection of 234 respondents, comprising (210 students and 24 teachers) for the study.
